What problem are we trying to solve?
How do cytomegalovirus reactivation kinetics relate to mortality, relapse and immune reconstitution after allogeneic transplantation, and how is that relationship modified by disease stage and T-cell depletion?
Why it matters
CMV remains a central infectious complication of HCT. Peak titers and timing may carry different information than binary reactivation, with implications for surveillance and for understanding graft-versus-leukemia biology.

Longitudinal clinical and virologic data; kinetic and machine-learning models; related work on ATG dosing and PTCy versus ATLG immune reconstitution.
