Individualized ATLG dosing
Transplant outcomes and complications
Building on earlier work on ATLG dosing after unrelated HCT, the group has presented further pharmacokinetics modeling toward individualized dosing. Public description here is limited to conference-abstract level; no unpublished results are given.
What problem are we trying to solve?
Can a pharmacokinetics model for anti-T-lymphocyte globulin be adapted toward individualized dosing in HCT conditioning?
Why it matters
ATLG dosing affects GVHD, infection and relapse. A one-size dose may be poorly matched to individual exposure.
Approach
ASH 2025 abstract with Polizzi and Scheidler. Earlier peer-reviewed ATLG dosing paper (Turki et al. Am J Transplant 2020).
